Well our first ever event has been booked ! Rise and Grind Plymouth will be supporting #raceforlife at #torbay5k. Supporting all the lovely ladies running in this event to raise money for such a worth while charity.
It was scary thinking we will be serving real life customers this time, and there is no room for mistakes. We want to ensure a professional image to show customers exactly what our business was about. A vintage theme with a modern twist, great customer service and amazing menu choices with quality local suppliers and a price range to suit all.
It went so well, and we had been so pleased that we successfully achieved what we had set out to, with minimal issues. Met some lovely people, and sold a lot of hot drinks, sourced a local supplier www.devoncoffeecompany.co.uk who had been amazing every step of the way including Barista training to ensure we were producing coffee to the highest standard as well as it tasting so amazing. (We have since had many compliments on our coffee's) As well as a test of producing our made to order wraps with efficiency to ensure customer wait times were minimal. This was a success and we thought of ways to get even quicker at this!
